“Valle del Cóndor” farm has the closest vineyard to Salta on the Wine Route and the only one in the region operating 100 % on solar energy. The soil, climate and organic management contribute to the production of great quality wines.
Fire & Vineyards combines a guided vineyard tour with a gourmet three-course open-fire meal accompanied by wines from the farm.
The experience takes place at Galería de las Viñas, a restored adobe building with stunning views of the valley, surrounded by vineyards and elephant cacti. Its deck provides shade and protects the fire pit area, where the grill and clay oven enhance the flavors from the north of Argentina. At the end of the visit, the guests can purchase organic wines and local handicrafts.
Experience the thrill of navigating the Juramento River, where teamwork and coordination are key to successfully ride the rapids.
As you paddle, the landscape displays its prehistoric features through fossils and dinosaur footprints visible along the riverbanks. A safe, exciting and fun experience which is ideal for families or groups.*
Paddle peacefully through the Juramento Canyon on a relaxing kayak tour while admiring its imposing rock formations. Along the way, you will be able to see a wide variety of bird species, including the Andean Condor, while immersing yourself in a setting that offers peace and contemplation.
You can ride the trails of the farm on electric bikes. Here, will see native trees, such as centuries-old elephant cacti (Pachycereus Pringlei), and local wildlife.
At the end of the ride, you can enjoy arefreshing drink at Galería de las Viñas.*

Safari to the Tipal Waterfall
A journey in a 4×4 vehicle through diverse landscapes leading to the Tipal River Waterfall, passing through vineyards, walnut plantations and a woodland of rosewood trees (Tipuana tipu), among other native species.
The last part of the adventure is a short hike along the riverbed, surrounded by towering red rock walls. The journey ends at the 12-meter-high waterfall. On the way back, you will be able to see ancient mortars and some remains of pre-Columbian cultures.
Valle del Cóndor is a 30,000-hectare farm dedicated to wine, walnut and almond production. Cattle and sheep farming serve as secondary activities for natural weed control, while the remaining land is preserved as a Private Natural Reserve where camera monitoring helps to identify the rich variety of local fauna in collaboration with Global Wildlife Conservation.
